This Carlisle 60914XRS Excalibur frying pan is 14' in diameter, 2.5' in depth, and has a non-stick, scratch-resistant coating that is micro-bonded to the pan's substrate. It is made of 3004 aluminum for light weight, resistance to corrosion, and thorough heat transfer. It has a removable sleeve on the handle for easy cleaning and a hole at the end for hanging storage. The non-stick surface allows for cooking without using additional oils. This fry pan meets NSF International standards for use in food handling and processing, and is dishwasher-safe.
